Every carrier page and every bulk vetting run tests these rules against the carrier's FMCSA records.
Must pass rules decide the verdict. One failure marks the carrier as not meeting your standards. Warning rules flag the carrier for review without blocking it.
A rule shows No data when FMCSA has nothing to test, for example an out-of-service rate for a carrier with no inspections.
The starter set uses FMCSA's federal minimum of $750,000 liability coverage for general freight and the national out-of-service averages.

Used by My ADVISR when it writes call openers and intro emails.
Per-mile figures from ATRI's 2026 Operational Costs of Trucking report (2025 data). Used for revenue and spend estimates on every carrier page.
Out-of-service rates cover roadside inspections from the last 24 months. National averages (vehicle 22.26%, driver 6.67%, hazmat 4.44%) are the figures SAFER publishes.
FMCSA stopped publishing CSA percentiles for property carriers in 2015. The peer percentiles here are Fleet Advisr estimates: each carrier's BASIC measure ranked against carriers with a similar number of inspections and at least one violation in that BASIC.
The Fleet Advisr score blends compliance, safety and stability on a 100-point scale. It is an estimate for screening, not an FMCSA score.
Shippers, lanes and plates come from inspection reports. They show where trucks were stopped and who they were hauling for at the time, not a full customer list.
